What payment methods are available?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments through debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please make sure your card is enabled for online transactions.

 

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan.

 

What are the delivery charges?

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies nationwide across Pakistan.

For international orders, shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or customs charges must be paid by the customer.

 

When will I receive my order?

Koyo is a made-to-order brand. Our products are produced on customer demand to help minimize overproduction.

Our usual delivery time is 7 working days after the order is confirmed.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can sale items be exchanged?

No, items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.

 

Do you provide custom-made clothing?

Currently, we are not offering customization services.

 

Is a size chart available?

Yes, each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you select the right size before placing your order.

 

Do you have a store?

At the moment, Koyo does not operate a physical store.

 

Where do you ship?

We deliver worldwide, excluding Israel, Russia, Ukraine, India, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, and Iran.

Any duties, taxes, VAT, or customs charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

 

How will I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, our customer support team may contact you for confirmation. Your order will be processed after confirmation.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before your order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

 

Can I exchange an item more than once?

No, customers can request an exchange only once per order, within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

Do you offer refunds in cash?

No, refunds are not provided in cash. Customers will receive a voucher code that can be used on the Koyo website if they are eligible. Kindly refer to the delivery & returns policy.

 

Are (COD) orders eligible for cash refunds?

No, Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for cash refunds, even in case of defects. A voucher code will be issued instead, if they are eligible. Kindly refer to delivery & returns policy.
